Tip: If a provider’s status is green but your app is failing, it’s often DNS, TLS, redirects, or headers. Browse Status Pages.
When should I create a /go link?
Use a /go link when your QR points to a website URL.
It makes the QR payload shorter and easier to re-point later if you change destinations (depending on your go implementation).
Why doesn’t SVG export include the logo?
The logo overlay is applied client-side on the PNG canvas for scan reliability.
SVG export remains clean and standards-friendly without embedding raster overlays.
What’s the best logo size for scanning?
Keep the logo modest (roughly 12–25% of the QR size).
Too large can reduce scan reliability—especially in low light or low DPI prints.
